Twitter company of the year wins the Golden Tweety

First edition

Twitterbureau thinks it’s about time that in addition to persons, companies that are doing extraordinary well on Twitter should also be able to win an award. Therefore, in 2013, Twitterbureau will organize the first Twitter Company of the Year election. Ever more companies are finding out how valuable Twitter can be for their company and have started tweeting. Because of this, meanwhile a whole list of applications has come in. In June we will create a shortlist and the ten nominated companies will be announced.

Criteria

Who eventually gets to receive the GoldenTweety depends on the professional jury. Among other things they use the following criteria:

• inspiration
• relevant content
• continuity
• dialogue.

In October we will announce which three companies have a chance of becoming Twitter Company of the Year. In December, the first edition of this election will reach its climax and we will announce who has won the GoldenTweety.
